As Vice President of Operations, JP will lead Techni+Contact’s day-to-day operational activities, with a mandate to optimize internal processes and ensure delivery of consistent, high-quality service across all functions. In this role, JP will oversee warehousing, purchasing, logistics, and customer care, while also working closely with all departments to align operations within Techni+Contact’s broader vision and strategic goals.
