Spinetix – ARYA – Batch Setup

Deliverables & Requirements:

The SpinetiX Professional Services team will set all your players up in your SpinetiX ARYA Enterprise cloud account at once. When you open your SpinetiX ARYA account, your players will be in the account with the correct settings including:

Player Name
Serial Number
Resolution
Screen Orientation
Time Zone
Audio Settings
Player Addresses (to properly setup Monitoring)

Customer must fill out an excel file with the settings to be attributed.

SpinetiX only performs the batch setup for the above-mentioned set of parameters.

SpinetiX allows for one round of adjustment within 30 days after the initial service is complete in case needed.

SpinetiX highly recommends that you have your installation plan prepared with the locations of your players with serial numbers predetermined and clearly communicated to the installer so that each player is installed in its intended location.

Price is per batch setup performed. If you require several batches to complete your entire installation this service will be charged for each batch setup performed.

Important information:
The SpinetiX Professional Services team must verify the serial numbers provided by the customer are for players that do belong to the customer.
