Braehler- BraehlerOS Vertragsgebühr – Permanent license benefits

Description

With the license agreement will be insured, that the holders of a permanent license can benefit and has the advantages of always current Software versions and general product enhancements. A license agreement is signed with 8% per annum of the list price of the purchased software articles. A license agreement is renewed by each year if not canceled 3 months prior expiry date of the contract. After expiry of the license agreement, the time license can no longer be used. License fee applicable 12 month from date of delivery.
