Available positions:
- Regional Sales Manager – Eastern Canada – We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and manage our sales activities in Eastern Canada (Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with partners, and achieving revenue targets in the rapidly evolving AV technology market.
- Main responsibilities: Sales and business development and customer relationship management
- Qualifications required: Minimum 7 years sales experience in AV, technology distribution or related B2B industry, proven track record of achieving sales targets and market share growth, experience in managing distribution partnerships
- Skills and competencies :
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of the professional AV market and distribution channels
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
- Bilingual ability (French/English) preferred

- Product Specialist – Audio/Video Industry – We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical and Product Specialist with a deep understanding of Audio/Video (AV) technologies to support our products, clients, and internal teams. This role involves acting as a bridge between products, sales, and technical support to ensure our AV solutions meet the evolving needs of customers and integrators.
- Main responsibilities: You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, managing product demonstrations, supporting system integrations, troubleshooting AV issues, and contributing to current and emerging product initiatives.
- Qualifications required:
- Relevant Education (or experience) in Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience in AV (i.e. at a Dealer level).
- 2–3 years of experience in a technical support, systems integration, or product specialist role within the AV industry.
- Skills and experience :
- Strong knowledge of professional AV equipment and signal flow (audio mixers, video routers, codecs, control systems).
- Understanding of AV-over-IP (e.g., NDI, Dante AV, SDVoE, AES67), streaming protocols, and networked AV solutions.
- Proficiency in system configuration tools and control programming is a plus.
- Ability to interpret system schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- AVIXA CTS or CTS-D/CTS-I certification.
- Experience with broadcast, corporate AV, live events, or education AV systems.
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms, unified communications, and digital signage solutions
