This behavior is by design by the Xilica Engineers for safety at boot up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REQUIRES FIRMWARE solaro_k02_usb_v9.9.xfw<\/strong> <strong>(obtain from support@technicontact.com)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SOLUTIONS: <\/strong>There are several options that will be described in detail below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Automatic Commands from Wolfvision(Power-on)<br>On-Demand Commands from Wolfvision Control Centre<br>On-Demand Commands from Xilica Xtouch(logic solution)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>HEX CODES AND THIRD-PARTY CONTROL NAMES<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For the purposes of this example, we have used the following codes and names on the devices. You are free to use these codes and control names but the naming convention may interfere with your current system. (NOTE: when making control names, they are case sensitive)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>USB SPEAKER<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xilica Control Name = \u201cSpkrVol\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HEX convert = SET SpkrVol 100: \u201c5345542053706b72566f6c203130300d\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>USB MIC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xilica Control Name = \u201cMicVol\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HEX Convert = SET MicVol 100: \u201c534554204d6963566f6c203130300d\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Automatic Commands from Wolfvision(Power ON)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the \u201cPower-On\u201d sequence of any Cynap, the device can send out control commands via the Peripheral Control option tab in the menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Start by naming the USB Mic Volume in Xilica Designer. Hold down the CTRL key + right mouse click to create a Third Party control name (Note: this is case sensitive)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.technicontact.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/image1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-191549\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In this example, it is named MicVol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.technicontact.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/image2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-191551\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Press ok when done<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When successful in creating a control name to the Mic Volume, a RED control indicator will illuminate in the upper lefthand corner of the fader as shown below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.technicontact.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/image3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-191553\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Repeat the previous steps for the USB speaker but name it \u201cSpkrVol\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Log on the Wolfvision Cynap by entering the IP address into any web browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter the Password(default is \u201cPassword\u201d unless it has been changed)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navigate to the Peripheral Control Tab at the bottom of the lefthand menu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.technicontact.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/image4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-191555\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>From the EVENT drop-down list select POWER-ON<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.technicontact.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/image5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-191557\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter the data in the fields(see HEX CODES AND THIRD-PARTY CONTROL NAMES)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The IP address will be the IP address of the Xilica Solaro in your system that you are wanting to control. The following will describe the on-demand solution of resetting the levels to 100 percent from the Wolfvision Command Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Start by naming the USB Mic Volume in Xilica designer. Two icons will now appear that have been created through the control process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.technicontact.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/image31.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-191615\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Slide the Control Speaker and Mic to Zero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.technicontact.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/image32.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-191617\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once either one of the icons are pressed, the corresponing volume will move to one hundred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.technicontact.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/image33.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-191619\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>O<strong>n-Demand Commands From Xilica Xtouch(logic solution)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On occasion the user may want to reset the levels in Xilica due to a firmware update of the Xilica Solaro, power cycle of the Solaro or USB disconnection. This is what you can place in an XTouch screen and activate the setting <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.technicontact.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/image40.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-191629\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Repeat previous steps for the Mic Volume and have a logic lay out like below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"580\" height=\"352\"
